The Suffering of Vetigo and Dizziness

Researching health issues provides for a rewarding if not sometimes frustrating career. Periodically, I stumble upon conditions in which the symptoms or side effects themselves create severe suffering in addition to the main problem.

Vertigo is a perfect example. Vertigo and dizziness while sometimes considered a symptom, certainly creates suffering as well.

Vertigo very often accompanies or is considered a side affect of Multiple Sclerosis (MS.)

If you have successfully avoided vertigo then you need to understand that it is a feeling of motion. Either you feel that things around you are spinning or moving or that you, yourself are in motion.

Descriptions of vertigo vary for people as is it not always experienced in the same way. An upset stomach can occur (as well as vomiting) when someone feels that they are on "moving ground."

Many other problems such as middle ear infections can be to blame for Vertigo. MS sufferers though, also very often complain of vertigo.

A particular part of the brainstem may be harmed with MS, resulting in Vertigo. Lesions in the cerebellum may also be the problem.

BPPN (benign paroxysmal positioning vertigo) sometimes ends up being the real culprit in some cases of vertigo even though the person also has MS.

People describe the vertigo as: "I'm really unsteady." "I feel like I'm going crazy." "I'm sick to my stomach."

I work very hard to undertand vertigo because of these types of accounts. Imagine dealing with this on top of MS.

As it happens, vertigo treatment with MS is normally similar or the same as with vertigo alone.

Resting or sitting quietly gives some people comfort. Physical therapy seems to work for others. People with more severe cases will turn to medications.

My Vertigo/Dizziness Program is very effective. It is completely natural and has proven to help thousands of people througout the world. It will not cure MS, but easing or eliminating the vertigo can make a huge difference in your life.

Hello Dr Goodman

I have been suffering from vertigo for a long while and have ordered your program in the hope it can bring some relief to me. However, at the moment it is particularly bad and I cannot do any of the exercises that involve lying flat on the floor without feeling very dizzy !! Is this normal and will I get some relief if I cannot complete these particular exercises?

Many thanks
